Guiding Star is a Life Coaching, Counselling, and Mentoring Consultancy founded by Ms. Aliya Patel, a PCC-certified Coach, AIM Certified Professional Mentor, and Psychology Practitioner professional with over a decade of experience in people development, career guidance, and emotional wellbeing.
Built on the philosophy of taking action and creating meaningful change, Guiding Star empowers individuals to step forward, take ownership of their journey, and consciously design a life aligned with their values and potential.

From dedicating over two decades as a homemaker, mother, and caregiver to evolving into a globally recognized coaching and mentoring professional, her path reflects resilience, adaptability, compassion and self-discovery. Today, she has delivered 1500+ coaching, mentoring, and counselling sessions, impacting students, professionals, educators, and women across India, USA, UK, and the Middle East.
